About the founder

Jump Up High was founded in 2016 by Ms.Roshni Bawari, an MBA (Pune University) and B’com (Hon’s) Graduate by qualification. She has 7+ years of experience in the area of Digital Marketing and has worked with reputed organizations such as Axis Bank Ltd., the ICT (Information, Communication and Technology) Cell of Mr.Narendra Modi both at Chief Minister’s Office, Gujarat as well as Prime Minister’s Office, Delhi.

Thanks to the intense projects she was given to handle during these jobs, she gained extensive hands-on experience into designing internet content and marketing strategies both for individuals and organizations. Jump Up High is her maiden venture to extend her knowledge, experience and expertise to people, companies and social groups in Assam and beyond helping them create strong brand value online through active customer engagement.

Her Belief

A wife, a daughter and a mother of a pre-schooler, Roshni believes that sky is the limit for the one who has learned the tricks of ‘time management’. Going forward, she aims to train and employee a large group of women in India by giving them Work from Home option to make more women financially and emotionally independent.
